These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any adventure, team building, or outdoor activity booking made with us. By booking an activity or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made outside the notice period stated at booking may be eligible for a partial refund or credit. Cancellations made within the notice period, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

3. Assumption of Risk

Outdoor and adventure activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. Participants take part at their own risk and confirm they are physically fit to do so. See our Disclaimer for full details.

4. Conduct

Participants must follow the instructions of guides and staff at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct endangers themselves or others, without refund.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to change routes, activities, or schedules due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
